Concepted and launched a recurring video series designed to challenge traditional industry narratives and showcase the personalities behind the work.

The series creates a more human, unfiltered connection between designers and audiences, blending insight, humor, and authenticity in a format that feels engaging, approachable, and unique.


Challenge

In a highly polished industry, most thought leadership content feels scripted, predictable, and overly formal. The challenge was to break that mold, creating a platform where employees could share perspectives in a way that felt natural and relatable, while still reinforcing credibility and expertise.


Strategy

Loosen the format, elevate the voice. The approach centered on creating an environment where conversation — not perfection — led the content. By shifting away from rigid Q&A structures and leaning into personality, the series was designed to reveal how designers think, not just what they say.

  • Continuously refined the format based on performance and audience response
