'We Design Experiences' Social Campaign

A month-long integrated social media campaign developed to celebrate Landscape Architecture through storytelling.

Rather than focusing on projects alone, the campaign reframed the firm's work around the human experiences it creates, highlighting how design shapes the way people live.


Challenge

Industry campaigns often default to showcasing finished projects without fully communicating their impact. The challenge was to move beyond portfolio-driven content and instead tell a more emotional, experience-led story while maintaining consistency, engagement, and momentum across an entire month of daily content.


Strategy

Shift the narrative from what we design to what people feel. The campaign was built around a series of verbs: Arrive, Connect, Belong, Gather, Unwind, Play, Pause, Wander, Discover, Celebrate, Remember, each representing a core human experience shaped through landscape architecture. This created a cohesive framework that allowed for both storytelling and scalability across platforms.


Execution:

  • Developed a full content calendar with daily posts, each tied to a specific experience theme

  • Crafted copy that balanced emotional storytelling with project-specific credibility

  • Paired each theme with a relevant project to ground the narrative in real-world impact

  • Created a consistent visual and messaging system across graphics and captions

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to align messaging, visuals, and posting cadence

  • Maintained a steady rhythm of content to build engagement and anticipation throughout the month


The campaign turned a traditional awareness month into a structured storytelling series, one that felt intentional, connected, and impactful.

The campaign successfully elevated how the firm communicates its value, shifting perception from project-based outputs to experience-driven impact. It created a recognizable, repeatable framework for future content while strengthening audience engagement through relatable, human-centered storytelling.
